Valuer Residential Sales

Due to our continued success, we are now recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Residential Sales & lettings Valuer to join the team at this busy Sunderland Estate Agency.

 

What is your Role within this fast paced Estate Agency.

Conducting Residential Market Appraisals and converting them into new instructions for the company

Cross-selling and recommending the companies additional products, such as conveyancing, mortgages and property auctions.

Working to set targets, conversion rates and fee levels

Self-generating your own leads, devising communication strategies, identifying new opportunities and responding in a timely manner to all leads and enquiries

Keeping a close eye on the Sunderland housing market and competitor activity, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities

Working closely with the branch Sales & Lettings Negotiators, ensuring they are aware of all new instructions to the market

 

The Person

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Valuer, ideally with a good knowledge of the local area, who can hit the ground running. You must have:

A strong knowledge of property market

A minimum of 1 years property valuation experience

A proven track record, with excellent conversion rates and consistent fee levels

Well presented, confident and a skilled negotiator at all levels

Have high energy levels and the drive and determination to succeed

Be target driven and highly organised

Full UK driving license

 

The Reward

£20,000pa

£4,000pa Car Allowance or Company Car

£35,000 - £40,000 pa OTE Uncapped

We are recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join our team in our City Centre Branch.

The role is office based; you would be working with a small team dealing with a manageable pipeline of property sales. The role would include

  • Regularly updating Buyers & Sellers to keep them updated on each and every transaction.
  • Liaising with Mortgage advisors regarding mortgage applications.
  • Speaking daily to solicitors to check on conveyancing progress.
  • Cross selling company products.
  • Feeding back information to Sellers and Buyers.
  • Sorting any issues that can arise with surveys, or any other relevant complications.
  • Working towards exchange and completion date.
  • Making sure the chain stays intact and all the people are kept well informed and are 100% happy with the service provided.  Our ethos is to be exceptional in this area.
  • Provide all aspects of administration required during the sales progression.
  • Providing weekly updates on property pipeline to Sales Manager.
  • Helping within the team to get the best results for the department.

This is a busy job, but is very rewarding, you must have a great telephone manner, and be able to deal with positive and negative situations, with the right attitude to get the job done.

We offer a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission earning opportunities

Good previous sales progression and excellent knowledge of the role is essential.

Applicants must have at least 3 years experiences in conveyancing or experience in this role as a sales negotiator.

Attractive Negotiable Salary package available for the right candidate.

Accompanied Viewer

We are looking for an Accompanied Viewer to assist with Viewing Appointments and Property Inspections for both our Sales and Lettings Departments.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

-Brand Ambassador

-Enthusiastic and positive nature

-Excellent customer service skills

-Organised with attention to detail

- Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

The role is part time and will be around 20 hours per week but the candidate should be available to work a flexible work pattern weekdays 4pm – 8pm, Saturdays 11am – 6pm and Sundays 11am – 3pm.
