A Word About Rebecca

Sometimes it’s worth reflecting on the value of star performers in our business. One of these is Rebecca Boyd.

Rebecca first joined Peter Heron 19 years ago and in that time I can’t count the number of occasions I have noted her reliability, consistency and dedication to her job and indeed our customers. She’s deservedly been the Manager of our Fawcett Street Branch now for 12 years and its tremendous success is in no small part due to Rebecca’s skill, ability, patience and care.

It is often said that estate agency is more about people than bricks and mortar and this has always been our policy at Peter Heron. However, the nature of a thriving sales department also requires a systematic approach and keen attention to detail. Rebecca’s painstaking “nothing is too much trouble” approach means that we have continually delivered the results our Vendor Clients expect in this regard – namely a stress free sale together with a smooth hassle free moving process.

Rebecca has been pivotal in helping us achieve these aims and any of our clients who know her will surely agree that she exemplifies the highest calibre of professionalism in our industry, whilst delivering a personable approach – enjoyably.

So, on behalf of our many happy clients, the company, and me personally, I’d like to say a very public thank you to Rebecca for everything she means to us here at Peter Heron. Well done!
