It's with great sorrow and sadness we mourn the passing of Her Majesty The Queen and offer immense gratitude for a lifetime of unwavering service.

As a mark of respect we’ll be closing our office, including our customer service phone line on Monday 19 September, to allow our team to mark the day of the State Funeral in a way that's most fitting to them.

We’ll open again at 9am on Tuesday 20 September.

We extend our sympathy to King Charles III and the rest of the Royal Family at this time.
